Feeling the January Chill

It's been a COLD week here in KC, which has left us with plenty of time to bundle up and lay low at home. Brad had MLK Day off so we had a long weekend for some quality family bonding. Riley is bummed that there isn't going to be any playoff football games next weekend, but is looking forward to the Super Bowl XLII Pats/Giants rematch on her Baptism Day. Hope everyone's week is off to a great start!

Week 11

We can't believe we're already two weeks into the New Year. It seems like time is just flying by. Riley keeps changing a little bit each day. We packed up the last of her 3 month clothes this week which was a bit bittersweet for me. Hope everyone has a great week!

Riley's Christmas Adventure

What an eventful first Christmas Riley had! After getting grounded in KC due to fog we decided to make the 12 hour drive to Michigan without the majority of our luggage (which sat in Milwaukee for 3 days). Once in MI Riley got to meet lots of her MacLachlan family and relax for a bit before making the long trek home. Here are some of our favorite pics:
